Aerial Dance
Born in the 1980s under the influence of Olivier Farge, aerial dance is an artistic discipline at the crossroads of dance and acrobatics. It explores movement in suspension and plays with gravity to create poetic and powerful moments.
Attached to a rope by a harness, the dancer moves fluidly through space, offering the audience a sense of lightness and suspended time.
Performed on stage as well as in public spaces or in nature, aerial dance adapts to all environments and reaches a wide audience. It invites emotion, escape, and a different perception of the body in motion.

The Haut de Là company organizes aerial dance and vertical dance workshops in the heart of the Allier region, in the Besbre Valley. These workshops are moments of exploration, research, and practice, open to everyone in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

Children, teenagers, and adults are guided by passionate professionals, with particular attention paid to safety, enjoyment of movement, and artistic expression. Everyone progresses at their own pace, in a spirit of sharing and discovery.
